How to get help faster
To help us solve your problem more quickly, please include where possible:
- the name of the app or product;
- the device you are using (for example iPhone, iPad, Android phone) and its operating system version;
- a description of the problem and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it;
- any screenshots showing the error.
